This Privacy Policy explains how Zecute Technologies FZ-LLC (“ZECUTE”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, stores and protects personal data when you access or use www.zecute.com, our mobile and desktop applications, and all related features and services (together, the “Platform”). It also explains the rights you have over your personal data.

AI-Native Execution Platform Notice

ZECUTE is an AI-native professional execution platform. Because our core value comes from an AI executor (“ZEBOT”), intelligent matchmaking, and real-time Live Rooms, this policy gives particular attention to how we handle AI-processed data, automated decision-making, and video/audio interactions. Please read it alongside our Terms and Conditions and our Cookie Policy.

1. Scope of This Policy

1.1 This policy applies to all users of the Platform — including individuals (Explorers), business owners and service providers (Entrepreneurs), and investors — and to visitors of our public pages.

1.2 The Platform is intended for professional and business use by adults aged 18 or over. It is not directed at children. See Section 15.

1.3 Certain features are provided through third parties (for example, Stripe for payments and Zoom / Google Meet for Live Rooms). When you use those features, the relevant third party’s own privacy policy also applies.

2. Who We Are and How to Contact Us

2.1 The data controller responsible for your personal data is Zecute Technologies FZ-LLC (Amoeba Labs FZ-LLC), Dubai Internet City, Dubai, UAE.

3. Key Definitions

Personal data

Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Processing

Any operation performed on personal data (collection, use, storage, sharing, deletion, etc.).

Sensitive Data

Racial/ethnic origin, political beliefs, health, or biometric data. We ask that you do not provide or post sensitive data.

ZEBOT

Our single AI executor, which performs tasks, generates content and routes requests to specialised AI functions on your behalf.

PDPL

UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

GDPR

EU / UK General Data Protection Regulation.

4. The Information We Collect

4.1 Information You Give Us

Account & Identity Data: Name, username, email address, mobile number, password (hashed), and country/city.
Verification Data: One-time passwords (OTP) sent to email/phone, and identity trust signals (two-tier verification).
Profile & Professional Data: Role (Explorer / Entrepreneur / Investor), headline, bio, skills, portfolio, badges, and intents (“open to”).
Business & Deal Data: Business pages, company details, pitch decks, entered financials, listings, investor deals, and job/gig posts.
Content & Communications: Posts, comments, reactions, uploaded files, chat messages, survey responses, and support requests.

4.2 Payment and Transaction Data

Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Billing, Stripe Connect, Stripe Checkout). We do not collect or store full card numbers, CVC or bank credentials on our servers — these are handled directly by Stripe as a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. We receive limited data such as transaction amount, status, last four digits, subscription tier, and payout records.

4.3 AI Assistant (ZEBOT) Interaction Data

When you use ZEBOT, we process instructions, prompts, uploaded context files, generated outputs, and automated actions taken on your behalf (e.g. creating business pages or drafting pitch decks).

4.4 Live Room (Video & Audio) Data

Live Rooms run on integrated third-party platforms (Zoom and Google Meet). We process audio, video, in-room chat, join/leave times, and — where consented to — recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries. Recording is explicitly disclosed to all participants.

4.5 Data from Connected Accounts & Public Sources

If you instruct ZEBOT to enrich your profile or business page by reading your social profiles or websites, we process information at addresses you provide under your direction.

4.6 & 4.7 Automatically Collected Data & Cookies

Device model, IP address, OS, language, app version, page views, feature usage, session times, approximate IP-derived location, and cookies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and security.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use personal data to:

Provide, operate and maintain the ZECUTE Platform and your user account.
Run ZEBOT to generate requested assets, insights, and workflow actions.
Power intent-based matchmaking and recommend relevant users, deals, jobs, gigs, Live Rooms, and communities.
Enable Live Rooms, real-time messaging, listings, surveys, and Stripe payments.
Verify identity, prevent fraud, enforce Terms, and apply AI-assisted moderation.
Communicate regarding security, account updates, and marketing choices.
Analyse and improve the Platform using aggregated, de-identified metrics.
Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, and reporting obligations.

AI Model Training Guarantee: ZECUTE does NOT train foundation AI models on private user content or confidential vault data. We use only de-identified operational data for platform safety and quality.

6. Artificial Intelligence & Automated Processing

6.1 Automated recommendations: Our matchmaking and feed use automated processing (profiling) of your profile, declared intents, and activity to suggest connections. These are recommendations, not decisions with legal effect.

6.2 No solely-automated decisions: No solely-automated decisions producing legal or significant effects are made without a lawful basis and human review options.

6.3 AI outputs are informational: Content generated by ZEBOT (business drafts, templates, financial formulas, ZECUTE Scores, ROI figures) is informational and not legal, tax, or investment advice.

6.4 Human oversight: Automated and human safety measures operate continuously to detect policy-violating content.

7. Legal Bases for Processing

Performance of Contract

To provide the Platform, execute ZEBOT commands, and fulfill account services.

Consent

For marketing, Live Room recordings, non-essential cookies, and connected account import.

Legitimate Interests

To secure, improve, and promote ZECUTE while protecting user safety.

Legal Obligation

To comply with applicable UAE law, tax rules, and legal authority requests.

8. How We Share and Disclose Information

8.1 With other users: Public profile details, listings, business pages, and Live Room presence are visible per feature settings. Confidential vault content remains locked until you share it.

8.2 With service providers: Stripe (payments), Zoom / Google Meet (Live Rooms), cloud hosting, analytics, OTP messaging, and AI infrastructure providers under strict contract terms.

8.3 For legal & safety reasons: To comply with UAE laws, protect user safety, and respond to lawful government requests.

8.4 Business transfers: In mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales subject to this policy.

8.5 We do NOT sell your personal data.

9. Live Rooms & Communication Platforms

Live Rooms run via Zoom and Google Meet, compliant with UAE professional communication standards. Session recording is disclosed to participants. Unauthorised VoIP apps or VPN bypasses violating local jurisdiction laws are prohibited under our Terms.

10. International Data Transfers

ZECUTE is based in the UAE. Data processed by global providers (Stripe, Zoom, cloud infrastructure) outside the UAE complies with Articles 22-23 of UAE PDPL and GDPR cross-border transfer rules (Standard Contractual Clauses).

11. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide platform services and meet legal obligations. Upon account deletion, personal data is permanently deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period.

12. How We Protect Your Data & Breach Notification

12.1 Security measures: TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, strict least-privilege access, hashed passwords, and continuous monitoring.

12.2 Breach notification: In line with UAE Data Office expectations, we aim to notify authorities within 72 hours of a qualifying data breach and inform affected users where risk is high.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Under UAE PDPL, GDPR, and global regulations, you have rights to:

✓Erase data (‘Right to be forgotten’).

✓Restrict or object to processing / direct marketing.

✓Port data to another service provider.

14. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use essential cookies for authentication/security, functional cookies for preferences, and analytics cookies. Manage choices in our Cookie Policy.

15. Children and Minors

The Platform is restricted to adults aged 18 and over. We comply with UAE Child Digital Safety Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2025). Minor data identified is promptly deleted.

16. Third-Party Links & Services

Integrations and external links are governed by their respective privacy policies.

17. Region-Specific Provisions

17.1 UAE PDPL: Operates consistently with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.

17.2 EEA & UK GDPR: GDPR rights apply for users located in the European Union or United Kingdom.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notices. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
